These terms cover using TradeLynx — a free, ad-supported technical screening tool for NSE/BSE-listed equities. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to what's below. It's written to describe what this app actually does, not boilerplate from a template.
01What TradeLynx is — and isn't
TradeLynx surfaces technical price and volume patterns on NSE/BSE-listed equities — a screener, stock lookup, backtest engine, watchlist, and trade-grading tool. It is not investment advice, and TradeLynx is not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst or Investment Adviser. Nothing shown on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Investments in the securities market are subject to market risks; past performance is not indicative of future results. Always do your own research, and consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
02Your account
- You must provide an accurate email to sign up (or use Google sign-in), and you're responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- One account per person. Don't share login credentials or use the service to provide investment advice to others under your account.
- We may suspend or delete an account that violates these terms, abuses the service (e.g. automated scraping, excessive load), or is used for anything illegal.
03Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or resell data pulled from TradeLynx.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the service (excessive automated requests, attempted unauthorized access, etc.).
- Don't use TradeLynx to present its output as your own licensed financial advice to third parties.
04No warranty, limitation of liability
TradeLynx is provided "as is." Market data can be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally wrong — data providers and third-party feeds are outside our control. Screening results, backtests, and any measured win rates reflect historical or simulated data and are not a guarantee of future performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeLynx and its developer are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from use of this site or reliance on anything it shows.
05Free service, ads
TradeLynx is free with no card required at signup, supported by advertising. We may introduce ads or change how the service is monetized in the future; if that happens in a way that changes what data is collected, the Privacy Policy will be updated first.
06Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use TradeLynx after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
